Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. TeslaHubs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@teslahubs.com. We will investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, reship or refund your order.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TeslaHubs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
